General Policy

All payments made for consultations, coaching sessions, training programs, and services are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

By completing a booking or payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

 

Consultations & Coaching Sessions

• Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• Rescheduling may be permitted in accordance with the cancellation or rescheduling policy communicated at the time of booking.

 

Training Programs & Workshops

• Once a training program, workshop, or group session has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

• If a participant withdraws after confirmation or commencement, the full fee remains payable.

 

Packages & Multi-Session Programs

• Packages are offered at a preferential rate and are non-refundable once activated.

• Unused sessions within a package are not eligible for refunds or transfers, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

• Program cancellation initiated by us

• Unavoidable circumstances beyond reasonable control

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 

Service Modifications or Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date, credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

Digital Content & Materials

All digital materials, recordings, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access is granted.
